Much needed recovery day. On a cool note, the kind folks at www.srm.de decided to give me a brand spankin' new PowerControl 6 [asked for the 7 but didn't get it, of course!]. This computer alone is like $900 but it's been the best investment as it helps my training. On a completely lighter note, you need to watch this one too:
